Workplace Pride Foundation launches Workplace Pride Academy at their 2016 New Year’s Reception.
Amsterdam based, non-profit organisation Workplace Pride Foundation and Leiden University have announced plans to create the Workplace Pride Chair at Leiden University. The first of its kind in the world, the Chair will aim to provide a focused and scientific, multi-disciplinary approach to the subject, striving to improve LGBT inclusion in the workplace and promoting the development and enhancement of scholarship in the field.
In October 2014 I read that IBM had been recognised as the world’s most LGBT friendly employer by the Workplace Pride Foundation in Amsterdam, according to their Benchmark Survey. I wondered; What does this mean for me? Is it important to everyone, or just those in the corporate world?
