They pull lovely moments out of the endless kinetic motion of their faces and paper props, an impressive tragic suggestion or two and a real sense of struggle both for friendship, control and ultimately meaning.

REVIEW: Fringe: You can do better

Brighton based duo Puppy Fat bring us a collection of their characters all suffering from the triumph of self-delusion with some dark/ish insights into their own failures, so far so ‘League of Gentleman’ and although there were some well fleshed out characters; the ex-child star, the dumb American tourist, the aggressive gym instructor, the failed employment motivators I didn’t feel I saw anything original. The strongest parts of the shows worked well, a running gag about stalking, a ‘Diana’ wig and some relentlessly sweet reality TV contestants being goaded on by the wretched producer to behave badley.

How do you write a Doctor Who musical without getting shut down by the BBC? Jamie Wildon & Jess Sprey try their very best in this unauthorized Whosical show. Watch their time traveling hero’s battle copyright-free villains the ‘Exterminators’ and ‘Cybergents’ in this award-winning musical comedy. There’s lot’s of joking and general piss taking of the Dr Who world and famous writers and some thick skinned jokes about middle class white actors which seemed not to reflect on the middle class white kids on stage, however, moving on…
