The 32ft fountain, also known as the Dolphin Fountain, will now be re-assembled behind hoardings, which will ensure work can continue while the gardens play host to the Brighton Spiegeltent during the Brighton Fringe Festival in May.
The 32ft fountain, also known as the Dolphin Fountain, has been disassembled and transported to workshops in Leicester, where it will undergo a complete restoration.
Plans to restore the Brighton & Hove’s Victoria Fountain are underway with a contractor expected to be appointed in late November.
