Baby, we’re back! Date set for Pride in Hull 2020
As the LGBT+ Pride season draws to a close in the UK, six Pride organisations have thrown their hat into the ring to host UK Pride in 2018. The first UK Pride took place at Pride in Hull in July 2017 attracting visitors to the city from across the UK.
RuPaul’s Drag Race runner-up Courtney Act will be sashaying onto the stage this Saturday, July 22, 2017 to entertain the crowds at Pride in Hull. Courtney, who appeared on season six of the hit TV show, starred in Little Mix’s latest music video Power alongside fellow Drag Race alumnae Alaska and Willam, performing with pop-star LGBT+ advocate Jade Thirlwall and the other Little Mix girls in the girl power anthem.
Pride in Hull announce two more names who will take to the stage in Queen’s Gardens on Saturday, July 22 to entertain the crowds alongside pop legend Marc Almond and 80s icon Sonia. Joining the line-up is X-Factor star Sean Miley Moore who shot to fame on the 2015 series of the show with his spellbinding performances of David Bowie’s Life on Mars and California Dreaming by The Mamas and The Papas.
