104,000 people from across the Commonwealth have signed a petition demanding an end to the criminalisation of LGBT people in 37 out of 53 Commonwealth member states. The petition will be delivered to the Commonwealth Secretariat in London at 12.30pm, Wednesday April 11, by a six-person delegation, representing LGBT+ people from across the Commonwealth.

Along with Benedict Cumberbatch, Mr Fry was recently among the signatories of an open letter calling on the government to pardon all 49,000 men historically prosecuted for homosexuality, including around 15,000 who are still living.
