Planning permission and listed building consent has been granted to start the restoration of the Grade II* listed Madeira Terrace.
The planning application for the first phase of restoration of Madeira Terrace, an iconic part of Brighton’s seafront since the 1890s, has been published by Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) and residents of the city are invited to comment on the plans, which will be considered by planning committee when it meets on November 2, 2022.
