In the presence of the Mayor of Brighton & Hove, Cllr Pete West, Celebration! will be the curtain raiser to LGBT+ History Month 2017, and the opening event of the B RIGHT ON LGBT+ Festival being staged for the first time in the specially constructed Phil Starr Pavilion on New Steine Gardens.
