Roche Diagnostics introduce All Access toilets at their Burgess Hill headquarters. The company who employ around 650 in the UK, with more than 330 people based in their Burgess Hill office, wants to ensure that their diverse workforce feels comfortable and represented in the workplace.
New plans have been unveiled to make the BBC an even more inclusive workplace for LGBT+ staff and help everyone reach their full potential at work. A review of career progression and culture for LGBT+ employees at the BBC – one of five reviews set up to promote inclusion – found that while LGBT+ staff generally see the BBC as a good place to work, however, a number of small changes to working culture could improve their experience.
