A mega ‘World of Gin Hamper’ is one of the star auction lots at this years Hibernation Community Luncheon on Sunday, October 21 at the Old Ship Hotel. The prize has come alive and grown in size with 16 amazing bottles of GIN from various parts of the United Kingdom and abroad having been donated by supporters of The Bear-Patrol.
Local artist, Lez Ingham supports Hibernation 2018 fundraising luncheon with new painting of Freddie Mercury. Last year Lez donated a painting of George Michael which was auctioned at Hibernation, the community luncheon organised by Bear-Patrol raising £3,300 for the work of the Brighton and Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum.

The Bear Patrol Hibernation Community Luncheon at the Old Ship Hotel on Sunday, October 26 raised £13.500 for the Sussex Beacon. The event was hosted by Mysterry Shaw with entertainment provided by David Raven, Jennie Castell, Krissie Ducann, Jason Lee and Dave Hill who also conducted the auction whose star lot was a champagne reception and dinner for 28 in the Old Cellars at the Old Ship Hotel, which was won in an exciting bidding race by Gscene Magazine.
