Following the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower on June 14, Brighton and Hove City Council have issued the following statement on fire safety in council owned high-rise buildings. “Following the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower last Wednesday our thoughts continue to be with all those affected. “As of Monday 19 June, the council has taken a number of actions to reassure concerned local residents that our highest priority always has been and always will be their safety.”
