The eighth annual Macmillan Coastal Garden Trail takes place over the weekend of the July 27-28.
2019 has turned out to be a rather special year, as eleven of the twenty-one gardens opening their gates are brand new to the trail.
2019 sees the eighth annual Macmillan Coastal Garden Trail take place along the coast between Brighton and Seaford. Last summer, over twenty private garden owners took the leap of faith and opened their gates to visitors. Organisers have already signed up ten gardens this year.
Seaford gardener, Geoff Stonebanks, successfully uses his small garden to raise huge amounts for local charities. His award-winning garden, Driftwood, in Bishopstone, has become a local tourist attraction.
