Lord Fowler attends Mildmay Hospital to mark the charities 30th year working in HIV. Lord Fowler closed his address by saying: “As a health issue HIV has not gone away. We have come a long way there is no question of that, but above all the fight must go on. It is not the time to relax our efforts just as surely as there is still a long way to go.
