The second Eastbourne Pride, held on Saturday July 21 in Princes Park, Eastbourne was organised by BourneOut LGBT. The day started with a parade from the Southern Water Treatment Plant at Langley Point car park at 11.00am. The small but enthusiastic gathering were escorted by drummers from the Eastbourne Bonfire Society along the short promenade to Fort Fun.
Brighton & Hove Buses has teamed up with the organisers of a new Pride celebration in Sussex. Eastbourne Pride takes place on Saturday July 22 from 12.30pm. The parade will start from Langney Point and advance into Princes Park for a seven-hour music spectacular, finishing with a party from 9pm on Eastbourne Pier.
Eastbourne celebrate its very first Pride with a Mardi Gras style, family friendly parade and park event on Saturday, July 22 at Princess Park. There will be a main stage with live entertainment, a dance tent with DJs playing all day and community stalls for local groups, organisations, statutory bodies and businesses.
