Velvet Jacks, award-winning bar and cafe just along the Western Road at Norfolk Square, are now serving takeaway drinks, including cocktails, ice cold beer, wines and coffee just a very easy stroll from the Seafront, Hove Lawns or St Ann’s Well Garden.
