The Halloween Horror Show Silent Auction in aid of The Sussex Beacon is now live and you can start bidding.
YOU DON’T have to be attending The Halloween Horror Show to take part but by bidding on items you can help raise valuable funds for men, women and families affected by HIV.
Simply register using the below instructions and bid to win exclusive and money can’t buy prizes.
On your mobile phone
Text: sbeacon Your Name

If you have a phone that can access the internet simply press the link in the registration confirmation text you are sent from GalaBid (save as a favourite) to view the auction items and start bidding!
In the registration confirmation text there is a password. This is only required should you wish to start bidding from a tablet/ laptop/ desktop. Simply click ‘Login’ and enter your mobile number and your password to start bidding.
On your computer
Visit: www.galabid.com/sbeacon
Click on the ‘Register’ button (left hand side of your screen)
Enter your full name and then your mobile number click ‘Register’.
You will receive a registration confirmation text to your mobile with a link to silent auction. Within that the text there is also a password. On your tablet/ laptop/ desktop, click ‘Login’ and enter your mobile number along with the password that was sent in your registration confirmation text.
This password is not required if you bid via your smartphone or via SMS.
Bidding
Via smart phone/ tablet/ laptop/ desktop:
Search through the lots and then press/click on a lot you would like to bid on. Within the lot detail page it clearly state the minimum bid required. Enter the amount you wish to bid (do not include “£”, just the numerical amount). A message will appear confirming that you are the highest bidder.
Via SMS:
Simply reply to the registration confirmation SMS.
Eg. to bid £130 on Lot 8 (Pamper Day for Two), Text: 100L8
