Gary Richardson, director of Worthing Pride, said: “I am thrilled to announce the sixth annual Worthing Pride event for our town. Each year we are becoming more and more visible nationally! This is essential to show that our town is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and we are able to provide a line up of acts that most national Prides would be proud to deliver.
“This year’s event is set to be the biggest fundraiser to date, providing essential local community engagement and visibility. It’s essential we continue each year to develop Pride into a full community event where it raises awareness of issues while also support our local economy. Worthing is fast becoming the best local town to visit with huge investment from business, bringing much needed rejuvenation to our town.”
Worthing Pride is produced in association with Bennett Griffin Solicitors and Pasante Healthcare – providing sexual health awareness, testing and protection.
