Brighton and Hove City Council has extended the time for groups wanting to apply for its special communities funding.
Groups with an annual income up to £20,000 can apply to the Engagement Fund for up to £2,000. For organisations whose income is £100,000, up to £10,000 can be applied for from the Resilience Fund.
“With an extra two weeks to bid this will allow many more local voluntary groups to apply for council support towards their excellent work across Brighton & Hove.”
She added: “The Communities Fund is a fantastic way of ensuring the city’s voluntary and community groups receive much-needed support, help and, in particular, funding while recognising the positive impact of voluntary action.”
