Personal trainer Liz Ridgway is to run Trans Can Core online sessions for Trans Can Sport this January and February.
Liz will guide you through 20+ exercises in a 30/40 minute circuit session focussing on your core and abs with some gentle stretching to complete the workout. All you need is something to lie on like a yoga mat or towel and to wear some comfortable workout clothes.
Dates (all sessions 6.30 – 7.15pm): Monday, January 16; Monday, January 23; Monday, January 30; Monday, February 6; Monday, February 13.

Who can join: Due to public liability and funding restrictions, these session are only available to those who are residents in the UK. All levels of skill and fitness welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Email transcansport@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about taking part in this activity or require support. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date.
Price: There is no charge for participating; however, if you’re able to make a DONATION to Trans Can Sport, £5 per session is suggested.
