Terrence Higgins Trust launches survey with Marie Curie to explore experiences of palliative care support for people living with HIV

Graham Robson October 4, 2024

Terrence Higgins Trust, Marie Curie, the Mary Stevens Hospice and University College London have launched a research study, approved by the UCL research ethics committee, to understand barriers and experiences of people living with HIV around planning for and receiving palliative and end of life care.

The survey will ask about your experiences of accessing health care broadly, your knowledge of palliative care, any experiences of accessing palliative care and what support you might like to receive towards the end of your life. You will also be asked about your age, gender, sexuality, area of the UK you live in, income and your ethnicity, so the partnership knows who they have heard from, and who we have not. You will not be identifiable from your response.
