Are you recently diagnosed or having difficulty coming to terms with an HIV diagnosis? Sexual health charity Terrence Higgins Trust is working in partnership with Positively UK, METRO and Positive East to provide in-person and online workshops to help you deal with your diagnosis and gain the knowledge and tools to live well with HIV. Each workshop is run by a different organisation and is led by people living with HIV.
The workshops include: Dealing with the impact of a diagnosis. Opportunities to share experiences and hear others’ stories. Information on treatment and U=U (undetectable=untransmittable). Talking about HIV with others. Emotional and physical wellbeing. Where to get further information and support.
The next hybrid course (in-person for people in London, or via Zoom for anyone in the UK) will be run by Terrence Higgins Trust on Monday 13, 20 and 27 November, from 6 – 8pm.
