Sir Ian McKellen shows no signs of slowing down as he makes appearance at London gay club, Roast

Sir Ian McKellen, made an appearance at gay club Roast, just months after suffering a fall from the stage during the play Henry IV.

Sir Ian posed for a photograph with two topless men at the gay club, which is  marketed as ‘London’s beefiest club’.

An attendee said: “Everyone was gob smacked when they spotted him on the dance floor.

“Sir Ian was having such a good time soaking up the party atmosphere. He looked like he didn’t have a care in the world.”

He further stated: “You would never have guessed that he was in hospital just a few months ago.”

Known for his long-standing advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights, Sir Ian has never shied away from supporting the community.

He came out as gay in 1988 at the age of 49, a decision he has described as life-changing. In interviews, the actor has often stated that coming out transformed both his personal and professional life, allowing him to take on roles with a deeper sense of authenticity.
