Terrence Higgins Trust Brighton is to run Chemsex Awareness (online via Teams) on Thursday, October 31 from 10am.
This training focuses on understanding sexualised drug use between men who have sex with men and how to support people engaging in chemsex.
This half-day session will cover:
- What chemsex is
- Breakdown of the different drugs that are used during chemsex
- Findings from the chemsex survey carried out by Terrence Higgins Trust, Buzzfeed and Channel 4
- The impact of chemsex on individuals
- Guidance on support that can be offered to people involved in chemsex.
This course is suitable for anyone who is working with or supporting gay, bisexual or other men who have sex with men.
