Brighton & Hove Pride, which returns in full this year over the weekend of Friday, August 5 – Sunday, August 7, has announced a series of not to be missed events at Ironworks Studios, 30 Cheapside, Brighton BN1 4GD in July.
Friday, July 1 is Vada Cabaret, a night of camp variety, drag, drinks & comedy, with powerhouse vocalist Billie Gold on hosting duties and acts Miss Jason, Rose Garden and The Bleeding Obvious. Pop along for pre-show drinks in the bar from 6.30pm then sit back and enjoy your favourite queens on the scene in Brighton’s dazzling new venue!
Age Limit: 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)

Friday, July 8 from 7pm is ultimate ’80s tribute night Acceptable in the ’80s, which sees the best of Brighton’s vocal talent come together to bring back the ’80s in this fabulous evening of homage to the decade of dance! Acts include: Chris Hayward as Phil Collins, Joanne Arrowsmith as Gloria Estefan, Paul Diello as George Michael, Embob as Alison Moyet and Billie Gold as Annie Lennox. Fancy dress – think neon, lycra, BIG hair – strongly encouraged!
