Brighton & Hove’s LGBTQ+ communities came together yesterday to mark International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) with a Loud & Proud walk from Palace Pier & Kiss Statue to the The Level.
Everyone was welcome to the event, which was organised by the Brighton & Hove LGBTQ+ Workers’ Forum to show presence and share a safe and welcoming LGBTQ+ peer space.
Organisers said on Twitter: “Today we were visible, proud and inclusive of all LGBTQ+ communities, walking though Brighton centre, flying our flags for IDAHOBIT.”
