London based pop artist Rhian! joins forces with Brandy X on Vitamin D. The single was written and produced by Rhian! and Massimo Braghieri and recorded at Intonoise Studio in London.
Vitamin D was inspired by late nights out on the LGBTQ+ club scene in London. Hypnotic production elements and a naughty bassline serve as the perfect foundation for the vocal hook to shine. Brandy X’s sexy vocal and Rhian!’s soulful delivery provide a delicious combination on this dance track.
“The lyrics are left open to interpretation. I’m not going say what it’s about. It could be about the sun’s nutrients or not. I was feeling very playful and cheeky when I wrote it.” Rhian!
Trans woman and Los Angeles native Brandy X has lived in London for the past 8 years. She is vibrant performer internationally and hosts the very popular Temptation, a weekly night in London for trans girls and their admirers and a new weekly event in Brighton too! She made her recording debut last October on the Glasgow Underground label.
Originally born in Trinidad, Rhian! has lived and performed all over the world for many years but calls London his home. He has been interviewed by BBC Radio several times and his music has been featured on BBC Introducing, Pride Radio, Gaydio and numerous online blogs and publications.
