A new exhibition celebrating a long-standing partnership between Queer Britain and Levi’s®, opens at the UK’s LGBTQ+ museum in London on Friday, September 29.
From the Levi’s® Archives: Icons in Denim – A Queer Perspective tells stories of hope, creativity, and resilience through items worn by the community. For a limited time, famous and fabulous denim hand selected from the Levi’s® archive will be displayed at Queer Britain. You will see clothing from artists, rock legends, movie stars and individuals from the queer community.
Queer Britain say: “The chosen items capture these individuals’ authentic self-expression and recognise its significance. Come see the extraordinary ways they have personalised their Levi’s®.”
The exhibition is on display for a limited time only, from Friday, September 29 to Thursday, October 12. It is free to attend and no booking is required.
