Broadcasting from February 2017, Latest LGBT+ TV will bring the best in LGBT news and entertainment to viewers’ TV screens on Freeview Channel 7 and Virgin Media 159 in the Greater Brighton area, as well as online globally.

More grants for community groups from Brighton Pride

Community groups from across Brighton and Hove receive a further boost thanks to the Pride Social Impact Fund. From Whitehawk in the east to Portslade in the west, a record number of groups and organisations across the city have been awarded a slice of more than £8,000. The hope is they will use the money to bring a rainbow of happiness to their communities – in much the same way Pride does for more than 162,000 people in August.

Community groups invited to bid for a grant to put Pride in our city

For one weekend every year, the city is taken over by a sea of rainbows. From the parade watched by tens of thousands through to the festival in Preston Park to the street party in St James’ Street, the whole city comes together to mark the LGBT celebration that is Brighton Pride, the largest annual event in the city’s calendar.
