Celebrate a Healthy New Year at VegfestUK Brighton 2015@Brighton Centre in March.
IT’S OFFICIALLY ‘Veganuary’, and the time for a New Year cleanse with VegfestUK at the helm, reminding us that healthy eating can be fun, accessible and very delicious.
VegfestUK is one of Europe’s leading food and cultural events in 2015, with an eclectic selection of 160 stalls and varied array of caterers providing sumptuous delights.
Guilt-free eating is on tap for the entire weekend with food from the likes of Brownins, who offer a range of patties, kebabs and wraps with an evocative Caribbean spin, energy smoothie and juice connoisseurs, Damage Limitation, world food experts and BBC Good Food Show winners, Fresh Rootz and oriental curries and stir-fry outfit, Gillie Food.
The event regularly attracts more than 10,000 visitors, and other attractions include the UK Vegan Comedy Festival, A Well-Fed World Global Food Sustainability Conference, Hemp Expo, Cinema and Kids Cookery classes, as well as Nutrition and Health lectures from industry professionals.
The festival is a standout date for those passionate about delicious food as well as those living the vegan/vegetarian lifestyle.
