The LGBT Community Safety Forum holds four public meeting each year, to give the Forum an opportunity to feedback to the community and listen to their concerns.

The next quarterly public meeting is at 6pm on Tuesday, February 12 at the Queens Hotel, 1-3 King’s Road, Brighton, BN1 1NS.

The main purpose of the meeting is to feedback the findings of the recent ‘trust and confidence’ survey undertaken for the Forum by the Trust for Developing Communities and jointly funded by Brighton & Hove Council and Sussex Police.

The Forum has received funding from the Rainbow Fund to employ an independent Advocate to help victims of Hate Crime who are not satisfied with the service they have received from the police or council. The role of the Advocate will also be explained.
