Pledge bands for the Pride Village Party are now available to buy from participating venues across Brighton.

Village Street Party

Look out for the Pledge Band posters in the windows of Pride Village Party supporting bars, clubs, shops, cafes and local businesses and be one of the first to pledge your support for this unique two day fundraising event.

The 2014 Pride Village Party is a celebration of Brighton Pride in the heart of the UK’s most vibrant city and promises two days of entertainment.

The main seafront road Marine Parade will for the first time be closed to traffic to create a fabulous LGBTQ village for Brighton Pride.

With entertainment zones dedicated to cabaret, bears and disco, the Pride Village Party will bring the city together for one amazing Pride weekend.

On Saturday the entertainment starts at 8pm for the post-Preston Park Pride Festival party whilst on Sunday the celebrations begin at 12noon for a day packed with music and performers, providing the perfect excuse to extend your Brighton Pride celebrations.

Pledge Bands for the two-day event cost just £5 (£2 a day) with all revenue going directly towards security, marshalling and production costs to sustain the future of the Pride Village Party, along with a guaranteed £1 charitable donation going direct to the Rainbow Fund.
