Pride recognise Legends and Marine Tavern fundraising efforts

Pride directors Paul Kemp and Dulcie Danger recognised the fundraising efforts of two local businesses at the inaugural Pride Business Supporter Awards on Monday September 1 at the Brighton Metropole Hilton.

With sponsorship support of the cabaret tent to the value of £5,000 and 640 Village Party pledgebands sold, raising £640 for the Rainbow Fund grants programme, Legends received the Large Venue award, one of the two Pride Supporter Business awards on the evening.

The Small Venue award was given to the Marine Tavern, which sold 795 pledgebands, raising £795 for the Rainbow Fund .
