Lonely Planet, the largest travel guide publishers in the world are recognised as the most respected and reliable source for tips and advice when travelling.
THEY have just named Brighton, alongside Queenstown in New Zealand, Luang Prabang in Laos, San Pedro de Atacama in Chile and San Sebastian in Spain, as one the top spots in the world in which to lose track of time and, well, stay just one more night.
And if that is not enough praise to be heaped on our very special city by the sea by one of the world’s best travel websites, Lonely Planet has named Brighton Pride “one of the best Pride’s in the world” and alongside Brighton’s vintage shopping, hedonistic nightlife, vibrant art scene and glorious beach, one of the top reasons to visit the city.
You can see if they are right on Saturday August 1, when Brighton Pride plan to deliver their next world-class Pride celebration.
