You can report an online nuisance text or call to the consumer champion, Which? Just remember to note the name of the company who made the nuisance call, the number they called or texted from and the date and time of the call.

Simon said; “I know the issue of nuisance calls is something a large number of my constituents have been affected by. These can often be very stressful, particularly for older people. It is important that residents are aware of the action they can take to deal with this problem and I am happy if I can help raise awareness of this.

“I would encourage everyone to use the reporting tool on Which’s website if they receive a nuisance call or text.”
