Michael Greenbeard receives top nominations to be the first Pride Ambassador in 2014.
Michael Nelson, better known as Greenbeard is 71 years young and a very popular face on the commercial gay scene. Michael a former chef and antiques dabbler has lived in Brighton with his partner Alan for the last 20 years. Most nights of the week you will find Greenbeard out in the bars and clubs bringing his own special fabulous razzamataz to the proceedings.
Michael said: “In am honoured to be a Pride Ambassador and thank everyone who nominated me. I will take my role very seriously and hope to illustrate to everyone how even a 71 year old man can enjoy life to the full in this great city.”
Nominations were received for 20 diffferent people. The remain 19 take their nominations forward to next months count.
