BE SAFE STAY SAFE is part of the B RIGHT ON Festival Mental Health Day and hosted by the Brighton & Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum (B&H LGBT CSF).
The session will introduce the principles of personal safety, including how to keep safe without using any physical techniques.
You will also discuss and practice some techniques to increase your confidence and help you distract or escape a potential attacker.
This is not a session in martial arts and refreshments will be provided.

The PHIL STARR PAVILION, located in New Steine Gardens, Brighton, BN2 1PB has a fully functional stage, light and sound system with heating and licenced bar.
This ground breaking affiliation seeks to engage the city in the wide range of issues highlighted through the work of the Brighton & Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum, as well as partner/stakeholder work.
