The Pink Humanist Spring issue ready for download

The role played over many decades by black atheists in the struggle against institutionalised racism and homophobia is highlighted in a major feature in the latest issue of The Pink Humanist.

• Workplace equality, which shows that companies that have non-discriminatory employment policies tend to fare much better than those that don’t.

• Gay marriage among Jews, and the difficulties they face if they want to marry outside the faith.

• “Gay to straight” reparative therapy in China, and one man’s legal victory against a quack clinic.

• Gay atheist code-breaker Alan Turing, the Imitation Game and an article by Turing’s biographer Andrew Hodges.
